Healing note
Fatigue is the body's cry for safety. It may signal deep survival exhaustion and adrenal depletion after years of silent bracing. In GNM, it may follow a prolonged conflict-active phase involving fear or unworthiness. Research has explored links between trauma, HPA-axis dysfunction, and chronic fatigue. Louise Hay associates fatigue with resistance and lack of joy, while Karol Truman links it to carrying excessive responsibility. Biblically, it echoes the invitation to divine rest: "Come to Me\... and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28)
Hard to go places
Facing the emptiness behind your busyness and admitting you have long confused exhaustion with virtue.
