Healing Notes

Sexual trauma often leaves lasting emotional imprints within the pelvis and sacral region, contributing to numbness, avoidance, or disconnection. GNM associates these patterns with severe invasion or separation conflicts. Spiritually, healing may involve reclaiming one's sense of safety, dignity, and sacred personal power.

Fear softens when the body learns, slowly, that this present moment is safe. Breath, ground, and small acts of trust each loosen its grip.

Shame loosens in the presence of being seen and not rejected. Naming it out loud is often the first crack of light.

It moves when given time, witness, and tears. Suppressed, it settles into the body as heaviness or fatigue.

Anger heals when it's felt, named, and translated into a clear, non-harmful no.
