  • Something in me is broken.
Healing Notes

Infertility may symbolically mirror subconscious resistance, fear surrounding parenthood, or unresolved generational trauma. GNM associates it with identity conflicts and self-devaluation. Spiritually, it may reflect blocked creativity or the belief that worth depends on external outcomes.

Fear softens when the body learns, slowly, that this present moment is safe. Breath, ground, and small acts of trust each loosen its grip.

Shame loosens in the presence of being seen and not rejected. Naming it out loud is often the first crack of light.

Real relief begins when you set something down — even briefly — and the world keeps turning.

It moves when given time, witness, and tears. Suppressed, it settles into the body as heaviness or fatigue.

It softens with experiences of being valued for who you are, not what you produce.

The Next Step

The next step is not learning more — it is working directly with those feelings.
