Healing Notes

Comedy can be a healthy release but may also function as a defense against grief, vulnerability, or anger. Humor often softens emotions that feel too painful to express directly. Spiritually, it's the fool archetype hiding wisdom or pain.

It moves through honest grief for what was unfair, and a choice — eventually — to stop paying interest on the debt.

Power returns in small, deliberate choices — proof to the nervous system that you have agency again.

It moves when given time, witness, and tears. Suppressed, it settles into the body as heaviness or fatigue.

Anger heals when it's felt, named, and translated into a clear, non-harmful no.

Your emotional pattern is becoming clearer.

The next step is not learning more — it is working directly with those feelings.
