Healing Notes
The colon deals with physical and emotional elimination. GNM ties its dysfunction to holding onto what should be released. Spiritually, it invites us to release old identities and burdens.
Fear softens when the body learns, slowly, that this present moment is safe. Breath, ground, and small acts of trust each loosen its grip.
Shame loosens in the presence of being seen and not rejected. Naming it out loud is often the first crack of light.
Guilt resolves through honest repair where possible — and self-forgiveness where it isn't.
