Healing Notes

Vision problems often reflect a refusal to see clearly in both GNM and spiritual teachings. The eyes symbolize perception, prophecy, and truth. Healing comes when you're ready to see what has been denied.

Fear softens when the body learns, slowly, that this present moment is safe. Breath, ground, and small acts of trust each loosen its grip.

It moves when given time, witness, and tears. Suppressed, it settles into the body as heaviness or fatigue.

The places the body has been avoiding — the feelings, truths, or moments it has been organised to keep at a distance.

  • Eyes
