Healing Notes

Menopause reflects a profound life transition that is often burdened by cultural shame or fear. GNM views it through the lens of hormonal adaptation and self-worth. Spiritually, it symbolizes rebirth, wisdom, and the maturation of creative power.

Fear softens when the body learns, slowly, that this present moment is safe. Breath, ground, and small acts of trust each loosen its grip.

Shame loosens in the presence of being seen and not rejected. Naming it out loud is often the first crack of light.

Power returns in small, deliberate choices — proof to the nervous system that you have agency again.

It moves when given time, witness, and tears. Suppressed, it settles into the body as heaviness or fatigue.
