Psoriasis may symbolize intensified emotional boundaries and fear of exposure. GNM associates skin conditions with separation conflicts. Spiritually, it reflects the desire to feel protected while remaining connected.

Shame loosens in the presence of being seen and not rejected. Naming it out loud is often the first crack of light.

It eases as you build relationships where being yourself is what's wanted — not what's tolerated.

It moves when given time, witness, and tears. Suppressed, it settles into the body as heaviness or fatigue.
