Healing Notes

MS reflects tension between movement and paralysis, purpose and fear. GNM associates it with motor conflicts and severe self-devaluation. Spiritually, it may symbolize a frozen will awaiting permission to move again.

Fear softens when the body learns, slowly, that this present moment is safe. Breath, ground, and small acts of trust each loosen its grip.

It moves when given time, witness, and tears. Suppressed, it settles into the body as heaviness or fatigue.
