Possible Buried Beliefs
  • The future feels dangerous or uncertain.
  • I need to keep everything close and under control.
Healing Notes

Myopia may symbolically reflect fear of what lies ahead and an overemphasis on immediate safety or control. GNM associates visual changes with perception and fear-related conflicts. Spiritually, it may represent difficulty trusting what cannot yet be seen.

Fear softens when the body learns, slowly, that this present moment is safe. Breath, ground, and small acts of trust each loosen its grip.

Shame loosens in the presence of being seen and not rejected. Naming it out loud is often the first crack of light.

Control softens as trust is rebuilt — first in your own body, then in life itself.

It eases when you let something be good enough — and let yourself be loved in the imperfection.

Anger heals when it's felt, named, and translated into a clear, non-harmful no.
