Healing Notes

IBS may reflect conflicting emotional states around control, uncertainty, and self-worth. GNM interprets it as alternating conflict patterns. Symbolically, it can represent difficulty trusting the natural flow of life.

Fear softens when the body learns, slowly, that this present moment is safe. Breath, ground, and small acts of trust each loosen its grip.

Shame loosens in the presence of being seen and not rejected. Naming it out loud is often the first crack of light.

Control softens as trust is rebuilt — first in your own body, then in life itself.

It moves when given time, witness, and tears. Suppressed, it settles into the body as heaviness or fatigue.

The Next Step

Your emotional pattern is becoming clearer.

The next step is not learning more — it is working directly with those feelings.
