Healing Notes

From the 2023 Emotion Link Reference Guide — possible emotional associations: each finger carries its own possible association. Thumb: insecurity, anxiety, guilt. Index finger: stability, blame, anger, resentment. Middle finger: sex, fear, anger. Fourth (ring) finger: grief and worry. Pinky (little) finger: family, passive-aggression. These are possible associations to explore, never diagnoses.

Fear softens when the body learns, slowly, that this present moment is safe. Breath, ground, and small acts of trust each loosen its grip.

Guilt resolves through honest repair where possible — and self-forgiveness where it isn't.

Control softens as trust is rebuilt — first in your own body, then in life itself.

It moves through honest grief for what was unfair, and a choice — eventually — to stop paying interest on the debt.

It moves when given time, witness, and tears. Suppressed, it settles into the body as heaviness or fatigue.

Anger heals when it's felt, named, and translated into a clear, non-harmful no.
