Possible Buried Beliefs
  • I can't trust myself to move forward.
  • I've lost control, and everyone can see.
Healing Notes

These disorders often relate to chronic self-attack or survival shutdown. GNM connects them to severe motor conflicts and identity loss. Spiritually, they may reflect a pause in forward movement until a sense of safety is restored.

Fear softens when the body learns, slowly, that this present moment is safe. Breath, ground, and small acts of trust each loosen its grip.

Shame loosens in the presence of being seen and not rejected. Naming it out loud is often the first crack of light.

Control softens as trust is rebuilt — first in your own body, then in life itself.

It softens as you learn to talk to yourself the way you'd talk to someone you love.

It softens with experiences of being valued for who you are, not what you produce.
