Healing Notes
Panic may reflect the nervous system's response to overwhelming fear or unresolved trauma. GNM links it to sudden survival conflicts. Spiritually, it can be understood as the body's cry to be seen, supported, and grounded in the present.
Fear softens when the body learns, slowly, that this present moment is safe. Breath, ground, and small acts of trust each loosen its grip.
Shame loosens in the presence of being seen and not rejected. Naming it out loud is often the first crack of light.
Power returns in small, deliberate choices — proof to the nervous system that you have agency again.
