Healing Notes

GNM views chronic insomnia as unresolved vigilance that the psyche cannot deactivate. It often reflects stored trauma, fear of surrender, or unprocessed emotion. Spiritually, it may indicate difficulty trusting that rest is safe.

Fear softens when the body learns, slowly, that this present moment is safe. Breath, ground, and small acts of trust each loosen its grip.

Control softens as trust is rebuilt — first in your own body, then in life itself.

It moves when given time, witness, and tears. Suppressed, it settles into the body as heaviness or fatigue.

It loosens with one trusted contact at a time, in doses small enough to stay regulated.
