We do not collect personal information. The app does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any identifying information to use it.
Search and browsing stay local. Symptom search, library browsing, and any selections or saved items are processed and stored entirely on your own device. We never receive, store, or log your queries or reading activity.
No medical records. The app provides educational content only. It is not a covered HIPAA entity and does not collect, store, or share Protected Health Information.
3. Tracking and analytics
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, session recorders, behavioural fingerprinting, or tracking pixels. We do not use advertising identifiers, and we do not use cookies for tracking purposes.
4. Device permissions
The app does not request access to sensitive device permissions such as camera, microphone, contacts, location, photo library, or file storage.
5. How we use information
Because we do not collect personal information, we do not use your data for personalization, advertising, or profiling. Only non-identifying technical data automatically processed by our hosting provider (such as IP address in transient server logs) is used to deliver the website and app content to your device.
